Refund Policy

- The client must have fulfilled their payment obligations
2. Types of Refunds
- Full Refund: Provided only if work is incomplete, not commenced, or fundamentally fails to meet agreed specifications
- Partial Refund: Provided for minor defects that are remedied, or where a portion of work does not meet standards
- Rework at No Cost: Build Mo may elect to remedy issues at no additional cost to the client
3. Refund Process
Upon approval of a refund claim, Build Mo will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Custom materials purchased and installed per client specifications
- Labor costs for completed work performed to specification
- Services completed satisfactorily where no defect exists
- Work that was interrupted due to client request or non-access to property
5. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding service quality or refund eligibility, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, disputes may be escalated to mediation or, if necessary, small claims court.
